Question type: Maintenance & Repair

I have code P0499 popping up and I can't get it to
clear. I have changed the EGR valve, purge canister
and leak detection valve and nothing has worked.
Firestone put it on the scope and after $105 said it
was the PCM messing up. I'm at a loss.

Bought replacement parts and put them on
