I own a 2006 dodge ram hemi, my front right turn signal is flahing rapidly and the rear turn signal isn't flashing at all. When I turn the lights on the the rear light works. But it doesn't flash when I use the turn signal. I replaced the bulb. But it stll doesn't work. Help?

I replaced the bar where the lights connect but that really didn't much, the before it had the sockets all rusty on the metal. That affect both the reverse and turn signal. But now its only the turn signal after the new part.

Make sure you have the right bulb. Some have two fillaments in one assembly. One is the light and the other for the turn signal. The turn signal bulb is the brighter fillament. If the bulb is accidentally installed backward it will be brighter than the other side and you'll not be able to see the dimmer light of the other flashing. Others have seperate bulbs for the turn signal. If that's the case and you put a new bulb there, you'll need to check for power when the signal is on. If you have no power, at the turn signal socket you'll need to trace the wiring to find the break. Good Luck!

On some vehicles, when the right front flashes rapidly or stays solid, that means the right rear light is out. I know that's a basic and simple check, but it's best to start at the simple stuff.
