Problem when it rain

My truck have this problem only when it rain it
won't turns no were idk why n them the stringweel
gets really hard and thet truck turn off n the light
gauges comes on anyone can help me out on this

Sounds like the rain is making a belt slip ,,, make sure that all your belts are "balls to the wall" tight
