OBD2 port does not work on my 2004 Dodge Ram 1500.

I have a 2004 Dodge Ram 1500. When i plug into my OBD2 port i am unable to
read form the OBD2 tester. We have tried multiple Testers and have not been
able to get any to work and test the vehicle. What should i be looking for? is
there a hidden fuse for this?

Blown fuses, wiring to and from the OBD port to the ECM.
all fuses are good, and i did not find any damaged wires
Something is wrong with the serial buss then, the fact that it still runs says the computer main programming is intact, have you run ohms test from the computer plug to the OBD 2 port contacts?
Try cleaning the plug with some electronic cleaner. That plug doesn't get much use so it could just be dusty and dirty. Hope that helps! Jim
