Question type: Maintenance & Repair

I found a cheap working low mile 5.7 hemi from a 2012 ram
truck that was flipped, could I use it in my 2004 Dodge
Ram?

You would need the complete engine setup and maybe the transmission too to make it work. The engine wiring, ECU, exhaust system with cats and O2 sensors are all needed. Most likely the transmission you have is not the same as the 2012 truck which means it would not work correctly with the newer ECU. If you can buy the donor truck complete it would be best.
