Blower will not work on dodge ram 1500

Changed out the resistor and now the blower will
not work, the fuses are good, the blower was
working till I changed the resistor, what would
make it not work?

Are you certain it is the correct replacement part? If it is the wrong resistor, it can cause the fan not to operate. Try plugging in the old one to verify the fan still works.
