An awful sound could be a thrown rod. Any holes in the block or oil pan?

Full of regrets There is no holes in pan are block when you try to crank it it try's to roll over but like it snatches at stops almost instantly we have tried just about everything to pull it out and it's not stuck to the upper inside you can twist the dip stick up to a certain point Js08016 we have tried every thing it is like it may be stuck in between the gears inside of crank shaft will twist to a certain point but will do nothing on bottom end side
