i have an 02 ram 4.7l im sister was driving it and gas light came on she says she put 5$ in gas in it and before she left the the store it was running terrible siphoned out the tank as much as I could

My sister was driving my truck and gas light cam
on she put five$ in it. And before she could leave
the parking lot it was smoking and running rough
she made it home I siphoned out the tank as well
as I could treated it with seafoam and filled it up
with high octane gas still was doing the same thing
I changed out 4 coil packs and plugs with no
change to symptoms cleaned two sensors on
throttle body the smoking went away but still
running rough please help
