radiator replacement 2002 ram 1500

I am looking at buying a 2002 ram 1500 but when I test drove it and got it back
to the guys house, I popped the hood n it was pissing out rad fluid I inspected
the rad and facing it it was coming out of the top right hand side of the rad
from a metal pipe attached to the rad it looked like a small crack. is there an
easy replacement or fix or is it a rad replacement?
