1999 dodge ram 1500 trans

I have put 3 trans in the same truck and I drive it
about 6 miles and 1 2 drive and over drive are all
out I am getting really frustrated please help me I
am lost I have changed wiring harness seloinds etc
and after 3 i done until I can figure out how or why

All I have is reverse this happen 2 me twice I not really understanding trans is the 46 re I don't know what to do I got a lot of labor in this truck and no answers ......please help
