I have a 99 Dodge Laramie 1500 series extended cab
pickup, the instrument panel everything except for the
speedometer is bouncing back and forth. I replaced the
instrument panel and it is still doing the same thing, any
advice on what to do next?

Checking the grounds, lights and all are bright, where do I find ecm and bcm circuits? What do I look for with them?

I accidentally hooked my battery backwards and had the same problem did you ever figure out the problem?
