99 dodge ram will a valve cover cause a vacuum leak bad enough to lose power

Have done o2 coil plugs wires cap button
crank sencer cat is empty heater coil is
bypassed used computer but air bag and
break light comes on then 10 min or so
goes off. No check engine light. Please
