1999 dodge ram 1500 5.9 cranks no start

Getting fire and fuel smells like it is flooding changed out camshaft sensor,
crankshaft sensor, throttle position sensor, plugs,wires,rotor, distributor
cap,and if I take out the fuel pump relay it will almost start.

Doesn't anyone have any suggestions for this poor guy? Buy the way that poor guy is me. Lol I need my truck desperately and I have tried everything that I can think of short of taking it to the shop I guess that's probably what I need to do.
