Question type: Maintenance & Repair

New water pump , new thermostat, Luke warm
heat only , not hot .. 195 degree t-stat.. both heater
hoses hot , rad hoses working upper and lower ...  
But smelled a burning smell , plastic or rubber ....
Any idea how to get my truck hot heat ?

under dash passenger side next to hump in middle against fire wall there's a little can type electric switch that opens and closes heat valve.Have someone turn key on and listen to see if its working.
