Check the wires going to the neutral safety switch for hanging down and when 4wd is engaged they will rub against the drive shaft. Does this have anti theft?

anti-theft system has probably activated for some reason. try unlocking the drivers door with the key and then the passenger door to see if that will deactivate.

Do have 12v coming out of the Ignition switch, yellow wire when in crank position? then either the yellow wire is bad between ignition switch and the clutch switch or under dash wiring to clutch sensor is bad.. Can you follow the yellow wire and see if the clutch switch wire is ok..
