Brake lights don't work

My top brake light works but my regular brake
lights do not

The bulb may be burnt out, not uncommon. I'd recommend replacing it with an LED replacement light.

I would do a process of elimination. I would check the bulbs 1st. When you figure out how to pull the bulb out, hold it up so you can see through it clearly & check the filaments. There will be 1 or 2 filaments in the bulb depending on your car requirements. If any of them are broken, then replace it. If the filaments inside the bulbs appear to be intact, then I would locate the brake light fuse, & pull it. Same concept, if the wire is broken or burned, replace the fuse. If your 3rd brake light illuminates, it's probably not your fuse, switches, or relay. Most of the time, you can swap bulbs with adjacent lights that do work & figure out if it is the bulbs or not.
