1998 Dodge ram 1500 5.9l magnum power sterring

I took it to a shop and they "fixed" my power steering leak by
some how shuting off my power steering. The reservoir is full
but i don't have power steering. Can some one help me
please?

Did they remove the power steering belt? There is no way to disable a hydraulic power steering system other than removing the belt or do diverting the fluid away from the power steering box, like removing the lines from the box and looping them together

All the connection seem to be in place, the belt is in place, but for some reason the fluids not getting there. my best guess is that there was some sort of shut off valve on the unit itself but I can't find one. I figured if I asked maybe somebody would know do you know anything about possible shut off valve?
