My 98 dodge with running fine parked in
the driveway try to start it and it wouldn’t
start no spark coming from the coil so I
replaced it and still not firing so I replaced
the crank sensor as well and nothing I then
tested the crank sensor it was supposed to
read 8 volts but mine was at 24.04 volts
I’m now lost

Make sure you have a good fully charged battery, check battery voltage, it should be minimum 12.4.If battery is ok, spray some quick start in the throttle body to see if it'll start for a bit. This will determine if it's fuel related.
When you're talking about testing the crank sensor you meant ohms not volts.
That's too high, I've never seen a crank sensor putout that much ac voltage.
You need to narrow down the problem. Start by doing what I initially mentioned, spraying some quick start in the throttle body and see what happens.
Ok. Now check for spark while cranking engine. If no spark, remove distributor cap and see if rotor turns while someone cranks it
