Please help. My 1997 Dodge Ram 1500 5.9 Liter will not start.

I have replaced the starter, the battery, the positive battery cable that runs to
the starter, and it still will not start.  When I turn the key, all is does is click, like
the battery is dead.  
Also, I have already checked the ground wires from the battery and the
starter.
