1997 Dodge Ram fuel pump relay, I'm reading 6 volts at the coil is it the PCM module?

If I put a jumper in place of the relay I can hear the fuel pump turn on and the
truck will start.

Check for dirty or corroded battery cables or connections by the relay/fuse box
