T transmission won't shift in

Slow going into reverse and drive gears won't come
out of first you won't shift out of first and the second
when it warms up it won't go into any gear

Has it ever been serviced? If not then you can count on it being a toasted transmission. If it has been serviced regularly then it could be a TCM or shift solenoids. Your best bet is to have a transmission shop do stand alone testing then they can figure out the best plan for a fix.
