My 1996 dodge ram 1500 (5.2 318)will not start just turn over. it was acting up for a couple weeks where it would start and run fine until about an hour later when i try to restart it have to floor it  to start it and have to keep giving it gas until I change gears and then it runs fine until I cut it off again. then one day it would not start replaced the coil and it ran fine for a day or two and today I went to start it, started fine back out of the driveway and it cut off and I cant get it to start. replaced the battery. and the coil and the idle control censor was replaced not to long ago.

it also does not start with starter fluid to rule out the fuel pump
