HEAD LIGHTS NOT WORKING

1995 DODGE RAM 1500 Have changed both the HEADLIGHT SWITCH &
DIMMER SWITCH MULTIFUNCTION. Still no HEADLIGHTS Have TURN
SIGNALS Clearance Lamps and Tail Lights. Someone said something about
a "TIPM" When changed the HEADLight Pull out you could wiggle the stem
and hear it doing the RICE KRISPIES SNAP CRACKLE POP
Any Suggestions

If you changed the headlamp switch, if you wiggle the stem, it shouldn't matter? I'm starting to wonder about that head lamp switch? Is the switch a new part? I thought the headlamp voltage wiring diagram, might help? You might use jumper wire to bypass headlamp switch, to see if headlamps work? This is just for testing. You might use jumper between red wire with lite green tracer and lite green wire. that will bypass the headlamp switch and run voltage straight to dimmer, note the wiring diagram. If headlamps work with jumper but otherwise don't, the problem is the headlamp switch. Just my opinion. good luck

Just to add, maybe the headlamp switch connector, has a problem?

Check for power and ground at the connectors and if not , the system should be fused check that.
