Air sucking sound with air filter installed

Engine will start and RPM will go to 1000 + and come down to 550 or so then
drop and stop; sometimes with a loud sucking sound. IAC was replaced.

Check seal around IAC and all vacuum hoses. Spray carb cleaner around base of IAC if engine revs up replace gasket or vacuum hose may have come off.

I have explored this problem for a good long while & found, one should turn on the ignition & wate for all the sensor & indicator lights to go off befor befor starting engine, when the sucking sound begins turn ignition off & repete the steps again. Do this every time for about a month & the sucking noise will learn to stop. Still I continue to wate for indicator light to of off befor start up.

I am not 100% sure but I have the same problem. After reading some other forums I found that unplugging my upstream o2 sensor stopped my car from sucking huge amounts of air and bad idle. Waiting on new upstream o2 sensor now. I also read to go with NTK sensor because it’s OEM.
