Were is the fuel vent value located.

Truck set out side in heat and after a few hours gas was
coming back up the neck pouring out , what would cause
this , and if it a fuel vent value were is it located

Overfilling the tank is the usual cause. The vent valve is located in the top of the fuel tank.
