Transmission slipping

I have a 94 Dodge Ram 1500 4 wheel drive and the
transmission is shifting hard or slipping in second
gear what could be causing it fluid is good does it
when its cold or warm not as much warm as it
does cold rpms rev high before it shifts overdrive
works when it wants to works perfect on a first
thing called motor but when it warms up overdrive
works when it wants.
