P0452 CHEVROLET - Fuel Tank Pressure Sensor Circuit Low Voltage..... Possible causes; Faulty Fuel Tank Pressure Sensor, Fuel Tank Pressure Sensor harness is open or shorted, Fuel Tank Pressure Sensor circuit poor electrical connection..... On most Chevrolet vehicles the sensor is on top of the fuel tank. The P0452 code may set when replacing the fuel filter, AutoCodes.com user recommends disconnecting the car battery before replacing the fuel filter.........P0446 CHEVROLET - Evaporative Emission Vent System Performance... Possible causes; Plugged vapor canister, Faulty vent solenoid, Pinched or blocked EVAP hose, Faulty FTP sensor...... Dirt and dust intrusion into the EVAP canister vent hose assembly, resulting in restricted air flow, may cause this condition.

Spark, fuel & air is what you need to make an engine fire. If you have a good white spark, check the fuel pressure. Change the fuel filter first. I don't see where the above codes would prevent the engine from starting.
