Right turn signal don't work but everything else does

My girlfriend has a 2000 S10 all the turn signals
work except for the right turn signal what could be
the issue she change the bulb still does not work

Did you check for voltage at the turn fuses in underhood fuse box? Turn on the key, right turn on, use a test light to check for voltage at the fuse. If no voltage have to check multifunction switch and wiring circuit.
