Ac blower mother won't run on high

The blower fan runs on low when I
turn it to high it still runs on low
speed

In the diagram, you can see fuses and blower relay. You could use jumper wires off the battery for voltage and ground to blower motor, it should run on hi, it wouldn't hurt to use inline fuse. The upper fuse on right side in diagram should be for hi speed. The relay has to be energized or no continuity for hi speed. When relay is not energized, there is continuity for lower speeds. Hi speed doesn't use a resister. At the blower motor, purple wire is voltage, black wire is ground. Hope this helps.
