Both turn signals dont work
even after i replaced the
fuses and the bulbs and still
nothing...

Have you replaced the "flasher relay". Usually located in the underside of the dash on the driver's side and looks like a small can about 1-2 inches in diameter.

Yes i have replaced all bulbs and relays under the dash and i get a fade of the right side hazzord and it drains my battery

Are you saying that your right side hazard lights are causing a battery drain? These are typically on a separate circuit than your directional signals and turn on a different filament in the bulb. Does the hazard signal stay on all the time or only when the directional signal is turned on? Is it possible you have the wrong bulb type installed?
