Can i test a fuel pump on a 01 Blazer LT without removing it.

Remove the line at the fuel inlet and crank the engine. If fuel comes out then the pump is working. Or have some one else crank the engine while you watch the fuel injectors to see if fuel is coming out.

There is a pressure test port on the feed line the pressure should be 61lbs psi
