Question type: Maintenance & Repair

Im curious if anyone has ever had this problem? If i
turn ignition key on and immediatly start vehicle it
will set a misfire code. Now of i turn key on and
wait a few seconds its fine. This is a rebuilt crate
engine with avout 200 miles on it. But it did this
with the old engine. I have installed new plugs,
distibuter, ect...  is it possible that it could be the
fuel pump? I checked it once before i changed
engines and the fuel pressure was 52 lbs. The
manuel says it should be around 65lbs so im
wondering if its a sign of a fuel pump going out.
And if so how can it target o e cylinder?
