Turns over but no start

The first thing to do is listen for the fuel pump. Turn the ignition on but don't try to start it. The fuel pump should run for a few seconds. Try spraying a little starting fluid down the throttle body. It should run a few seconds on that. If so it's definitely a fuel problem. If not it's an ignition problem (no spark). If the vehicle was parked without a full gas tank you could have water condensation in the gas tank that's preventing the engine from starting. You'll need to drain the old gas, or at least put a bottle of Drygas in the tank to absorb the water. Hope that helps! Jim
