Chevy venture 2002 Windows and other things stopped working after wiped computer

I have a 2002 chevy venture van when I turn
the key it don't crank or start had replaced
the computer and the steering column and
still nothing and the battery is brand new
and fully charged before we even installed it
so we have no idea where to even start at
with this.... help!!! Update I have
reprogrammed the computer and keys and
well good news is it starts and runs but bad
news is now the previous things that used
to work before like windshield wipers, power
Windows, ac, ect. Don't work anymore since
we had everything done to get it fixed is
there any one who can tell me why this
happened and how to fix it lol its going to
get really hot soon in summer here to be
rolling around with no Windows open or a.c.
working

Sound like a connection at the steering coulom is disconnected or fuses to the equipment a burnt out check the main circuit breaker box an check for burnt fuses an relays
