im buying a 1996 f250 XLT with a 460 motor in it this week and it has around 106,000
miles, ext cab long bed. it is rusty, but i plan on fixing it. i need a few websites and places
to get replacement body panels, such as rockers, doors, fenders, cab corners, and bed
sides/new bed. Thanks gurus!

Have you tried www.jcwhitney.com yet? There's a couple of places (salvage yards) in Oklahoma City if you are willing to come get them/get ups or the others to send them. Might look for salvage yards near you like pull-a-part, as well. Could also try craig's list or similar sites.
