92 ford f250 charging problems

Asked by Brandon Oct 31, 2018 at 10:38 PM about the 1992 Ford F-250 2 Dr XLT Lariat 4WD Extended Cab LB

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

Replaced battery, new trminals and alternator. Amp lights still on and still not
charging. When this happened my stereo beeped and i smelled something
melty. Is there any fusible links in the cab or should i be looking elsewhere?

Fusible links usually around the starter solenoid on the inner fender.
