It should fit. You might have to bring the ECU and some of the wiring harness if they're not the same.

The basic engine is exactly the same. In all likelihood, so is everything else. One suggestion, though, if you do bring all of the fuel injection, make sure you bring ALL of it. The two systems will have different calibration codes, so things like O2 sensors are likely different. If that is what you do, make sure you record the calibration code of the replacement engine. It does make a difference.
