truck sitting

I have a 2006 5.4 f150  that has been sitting  about
4 years  I have it running  but the feel of it is not
rite like it's been sitting for years any suggestions
on what I can do to make it like it hasn't sat for
years thanks

The one thing you will notice is once the old gas out and run threw, after a tank or two with fuel injection cleaner, it will start running smoother. Just need to be driven close to home at first in case she dies on you. Go out to the highway for short runs also.
