If you have never done this before, I suggest using an engine hoist. A heavy duty tow strap fastened to the two front tie downs and two rear tie downs will allow you to hoist the bed slowly to roll it backward. With four guys it can be easily lifted and carried. But someone always forgets to disconnect something and with four guys doing a heave-hoe, you run the risk of tearing out some electrical wire which someone forgot to disconnect. Think about changing the fuel pump when the bed is off.
