Suburban wont crank over

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

I own a 20002 suburban 1500 5.3L. Just
replaced fuel pump, fuel filter,  and new
battery.  Truck still won't crank over. Is there
another pump on engine to pull fuel up to
crank up.  What other things should I try so I
can get it running again

Did you replace the fuel relay also? most people forget to replace it when the pump is replaced. Now if the engine will not crank then you have another problem all together, possibly a starter. If the engine does crank over but fails to fire off spray a little starter fluid down the intake and crank it over if it fires off even for just a but then for sure you have a fuel delivery problem. If it doesn't then it is a no spark problem. Now your really confused, right
