Depending on the configuration you may have to remove the mounting legs of the seat from the floor, once out, the seat can be removed from the mounts from underneath. The seat back may be held in place via a clip along the top and a snap along the bottom. You must lift up from the bottom to disengage the lower. Once disengaged and pulled out the top will slide downward from the top mounts.
