Asked by copelandr1 Aug 21, 2016 at 06:40 PM about the 2004 Ford F-150 XLT 4WD

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

I recently had problems with my variable cam timing solenoids, I changed
those as well, but now the truck won't start.

Start with the basics. Check fuel pressure at the rail min 35lbs. If pressure is ok, check for spark on ur ignition coils, if good, check compression to see if ur timing went off
