Engine will turnover but not start

I have a 2004 Ford F-150 with a 5.4 engine
that will not start. It will turnover and has
spark but won’t start. Is a timing issue or fuel
issue?

This happened to me in my 06' ram 1500. We disconnected then reconnected the battery hoping it wasnt the fuel pump but It ended up being my fuel pump... Could be something else as I'm not familiar with Ford.
