On most vehicles, to remove the window motor, normally one has to drill out three or ro rivits. When reinstalling the motor screws must be used. Most oftentimes the problem is the screws used are to long. When the window is raised or lowered the mechanism in the door hits the screw. But the secrew in from the back side (head inside) and it should solve the problem. There is also a possitility you have a bad motor.
