2003 Lariat V8 Triton 5.4

What are the most common issues with these
5.4 motors? I have the 2 valve motor from
what I was told.

Had an issue with the motor missing and
eventually threw out a code as the service
engine light came on. Cylinder 1 issue was
the code description. Me and buddy replaces
the coil pack on cylinder 1 with an old pack
he had saved after replacing his (same motor
same truck) light came off and drove great. It
drove great after that. Now I’m not sure if I’m
being paranoid, but it seems I lost some
power, and I think I felt it miss tonight. Seems
to be driving fine now and isn’t throwing out
any codes. Anybody else experience this
before?
