I can't figure out why the passenger side chain tensioner is not pressurizing and I can't figure out why replaced with new timing chain tensioners & guide ra?il

My Ford f150 2002 4.6 l V8 W . My
passenger side hydraulic oil tensioner
it's not working my timing tensioner
broke I replaced it removed all the
broken pieces out of the pan put it all
back together same problem I did
notice two weeks prior I get an oil
change when I took everything apart I
only had about 2 quarts of oil left

This is only what I had found.I found that when the timing tensioner &Guide rail Wich is plastic went out .it broke into multiple pieces clogging out oil pump and also glogged one of the small ports that transfer oil to diff. Parts of the engine was clogged. .Removed plastic pieces from oil pump screen & l out of a port hole. Running now seems like it doesn't have the power that it used to any suggestions anyone?
