Asked by Michael May 26, 2019 at 09:50 PM about the 2000 Ford F-150 XL 4WD Extended Cab LB

Question type: Car Customization

I have a 2000 f150 5.4. I wanna know what's the biggest
newest motor I can put into it. I customized my truck and
made it fit my personality. But the the motor is nothing
exciting. I want somthing I can show off and will be more
reliable then the old 2000 motors that are known for
blowing heads. Just want somthing more reliable and
exciting

1 Answer

The 5.4 is about as bullet proof and reliable as they come. Look for a supercharged donor truck if you want something fast.
