300 engine swap

I want to put my 82 300 6cly into an 88 f150 that
also has a 300 6cly but is fuel injection. I want to
keep the 82 engine carbureted is this swap
possible

Keep the fuel injection, just swap it over to the other engine.

Yes keep the fuel injection, I had both carbureted and injected Broncos back in the day and the injected was way better than the carburation unit.

Besides trying to down grade the 88 back to carbed would mean that you would be modify the fuel system so,it would blow the internals apart of the carb, the emissions system would have to be removed and in some states you won't be able to relicense it with those systems gone. It other words it would be a mess.
