Unplug your harness to do your repair, or check your fuses to make sure some are not out. Just b/c they fuse is not out yet it still could be not providing its full load leaving you without full power on your accessories. Assuming you know what wires to cut and splice isn't your harness where you add new accessories so you don't have to lose any of your features.. Buy a 20 d0llar book on your truck that you can get at parts store and it has step by step instructions on things like that, Look for schematic online with diagrams for your Harness and don't pay for it, just keep looking there will be one and don't forget to save it so you can use it later. Your wipers and windows should be a fuse but because it is an older Truck have you looked at the motors that go to these particular things? The wiper motor is right up by the wipers and not very big, look for one at car salvage and window motor too which is under your door panel on side of door where window is out. Married to Certified Mechanic for forty years and you should buy that book on your truck at the parts store because I have never heard of someone cutting wires in their harness to make their wipers and windows even electric ones when most everyone replaces the motors for esch of these things. Every time one of our windows went out it was the motor in the door panel. If all your windows are out I would check my fuses before I started cutting wires in my wiring harness. GOOD LUCK!!

I Lost my wipers all of my windows all of my interior lights and some of my ABS system when I jumped a vehicle that's when everything went South my alternator with putting out 19 vote constant so I had to get a new alternator and a new battery does the 19 bolts headboard the battery dry I've drive Korean the new alternator and the battery at them that I did not have My other assess Eries The wipers the interior lights and no power windows I could see one window going badd need a motor but not all of them all at once. I took out the gem module And replace it with one that I got at the parts store it made no difference I was told that that would probly my problem but unfortunately it is something much deeper any help would be appreciated

If you jumped a car or had your's jumped incorrectly you could damage the computer systems in either vehicle. DON'T BEGIN CUTTING WIRES! Make an investment with a color coded wiring diagram for you make year and model vehicle. A digital multi-meter also helps, you'll want one which will text continuity also.
