i have a 99 f150 5.4 4x4 shut it off now it wont crank its getin gas and fire up to the coil packs but not past them

Sounds like a bad coil pack if spark is not delivered threw the spark plug wires. You can have it tested at an auto parts store.

Don't know, best to have them tested. There could be a problem with the crankshaft sensor and the camshaft sensor also. If you had a scanner to retrieve the trouble codes, this would tell you if there is a problem with the crank and cam sensor.
